The Beach House project was undertaken on behalf of a private client, transforming a former Cornish cottage property into the perfect three bedroom family hideaway in one of Cornwall’s most picturesque harbour-side villages.

Project Overview: Our role as project managers was to oversee every aspect of the renovation, ensuring the creation of a quintessential Cornish cottage while meeting the client’s specific requirements. Despite the challenge of working with a Gloucestershire-based firm, we demonstrated our ability to manage a project successfully across counties.

Scope of Work:

• Remote Project Management: Although the client was based outside Cornwall, our seamless communication and coordination ensured the project stayed on track, showcasing our expertise in managing long-distance projects.
